2. Professional Advice Standard

3. Client Responsibilities

Bizztech LLC is not liable for incorrect recommendations resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified information provided by the Client.

4. Payment & Billing

All fees for Bizztech LLC consulting tiers ($99.99 USD, $299.99 USD, $499.99 USD, and $999.99 USD) are quoted in United States Dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of package ordering or invoice generation via authorized merchant payment gateways. Services will not commence until full payment clearance is confirmed.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary audit frameworks, custom spreadsheet models, digital PDF advisory reports, branding elements, graphics, and Website content remain the sole intellectual property of Bizztech LLC. Purchasing a consulting package grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and utilize the written report for personal or internal business purposes. At Bizztech LLC, we strive to deliver non-biased, professional, high-value digital energy audits and virtual consultation services. Because our services involve human expertise, custom analytical modeling, and digital report generation, our refund and cancellation practices are governed by the transparent policies outlined below.

1. Pre-Consultation Cancellation & Full Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible for a 100% full refund of their paid package fees if a formal cancellation request is submitted in writing to support@bizztechllc.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled virtual consultation call or prior to our advisory team initiating custom digital report preparation.

2. Partial Refund Policy (Late Cancellations)

If a cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled virtual consultation session, but before the video/phone call takes place or before the final PDF report is rendered, Bizztech LLC will issue a refund minus a $35.00 USD administrative and calendar reservation fee.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances once work has been executed:

• Completed Virtual Consultations: Once a virtual video or phone consulting session has been conducted by a Bizztech LLC advisor, the fee for that package becomes non-refundable.
• Delivered Analytical Reports: Once a finished Energy Audit Report, Hardware Specification Summary, Vendor Proposal Audit, or Commercial Strategy PDF has been delivered via email or cloud download link, no refunds will be granted.
• Client No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled virtual consultation without providing prior notice, the session fee is forfeited. Missed sessions may be rescheduled once within 7 business days at the discretion of Bizztech LLC.
• Dissatisfaction with Independent Findings: Bizztech LLC delivers objective analysis. If our audit reveals that solar is financially non-viable or unrecommended for your property based on high utility rates or low sunlight exposure, this objective finding does not constitute grounds for a refund. You are paying for transparent analysis, whether positive or negative.

4. Service Upgrades & Tier Modifications

Clients may upgrade their chosen consulting tier at any time prior to session completion by paying the difference in price (e.g., upgrading from the $99.99 Basic Assessment to the $299.99 Standard Audit). Downgrades to lower tiers are permitted only if requested at least 24 hours before consultation delivery.

5. Refund Request Processing Procedure

Please include your original order receipt and a brief explanation for your cancellation. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuing institution.
